Helping non-profits & volunteers achieve their potential

23 Workshops delivered to 350+ participants: -Board Boot Camp 101 & 102 -Disruptive Leadership -Diversity, Equity & Inclusion -Grant Writing Essentials -Nourishing Volunteer Managers -Overview of Volunteer Management Community Volunteer Income Tax Program: 12 volunteers managed a 50% increase in demand and filed 600+ returns.

Strengthening families

Services were accessed by 4935 adults and 6464 children at the Family Hub. The Family Friend Program assisted 28 families. The Kid’s Count Program assisted 39 families. The Crisis Line responded to a total of 11,818 calls and texts. Adoption Services assisted 43 birth parents and facilitated 18 adoptions.

Integrating newcomers

1121 newcomers accessed settlement and integration services. 1968 migrant workers received one-on-one outreach. 59 participants were matched with settlement & employment mentors The Refugee Resettlement program welcomed 195 refugees from 13 countries. 662 participants received translation services.

Preparing people for the workforce

349 vulnerable participants received Employment Services supports. 10 employment programs supported individuals including those experiencing: diverse abilities, displacement/unhoused, newcomers to Canada, newcomer youth, and mature workers. 112 vulnerable participants obtained successful outcomes.
